No, we will work with any of the appraiser's clients - we have proficiency with hard money lenders, direct lenders, lawyers, private and even commercial appraisals.
No, we are a service that gives appraisers support with office management by handling customer communication, bid submitting among other tasks.
The flat rate monthly fee is based on up to 60 appraisals orders per month. Once you go above that we will have a conversation and figure out the best way to proceed.
No, appraisers hire us, we do not have any staff appraisers.
