No, we will work with any of the appraiser’s clients – we have proficiency with hard money lenders, direct lenders, lawyers, private and even commercial appraisals.
Are you appraisers?
No, we are a service that gives appraisers support with office management by handling customer communication, bid submitting among other tasks.
Are there additional fees if I have a trainee or other appraisers?
The flat rate monthly fee is based on up to 60 appraisal orders per month. Once you go above that, we will have a conversation and figure out the best way to proceed.
Do you hire appraisers?
No, appraisers hire us, we do not have any staff appraisers.
Are you an AMC?
No, we are basically office managers for 1 or 2 “man” appraiser offices
